Position : Senior Officer - AVP
Job Summary
Support the execution of segmentation-driven marketing and go-to-market initiatives for the mass segment, focusing on campaign rollout, acquisition, customer engagement and activation programs. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective on-ground and digital marketing executions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibility
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels
- Support development and rollout of marketing activation programs to drive customer acquisition and usage
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery
- Manage campaign materials, communication flows and customer touchpoints
- Track and report campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, campaign execution or activation
- Hands-on experience in campaign rollout and coordination
- Understanding of digital marketing channels
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven marketing
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
