Krungthai Bank is successful in receiving four awards, leading with “Best Use of Technology to
Enhance Employee Engagement” at Bronze level, from the stage “Employee Experience Awards 2025
Singapore” held by Human Resources Online, the leading media in the area of human resources
management from Singapore, followed by three other awards from the stage “Employee Experience
Awards 2025 Thailand”, consisting of “Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy” at Gold level, “Best
Women Leadership Programme” at Silver level, and “Best Use of Technology to Enhance Employee
Engagement” at Bronze level. These reflect the remarkable human resources management strategy
that supports the good working experience of employees.

“Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy” award, recognizes Krungthai Bank’s technology and digital
innovation utilization to improve the administration efficiency to develop the future skills, meet the
needs of working in the new era, and develop the new skills (Upskill/Reskill) to improve the
employees’ capabilities. Moreover, Krungthai Bank also develops the application ONE Krungthai for
the organization’s internal use, and operates the new HRMS development project, and the
Spaceblue Talent Transformation project, along with developing its personnel through job rotation
