Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our IT team in the banking sector.

The successful candidate will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant software solutions that align with business objectives, IT strategies, and enterprise architecture principles.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and enterprise/domain architects to deliver high-performance, customer-centric solutions across retail, SME, and corporate banking.

Responsibilities

Solution & Architecture Design
• Define solution blueprints, roadmaps, and system architectures aligned with banking strategies, TOGAF standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory requirements (BOT, PDPA, AML/KYC, Basel III, IFRS9).
Business Alignment & Requirement Analysis
• Collaborate with business units (Retail, SME, Corporate, Wealth, Trade Finance) to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between as-is and to-be architectures, ensuring alignment with digital transformation initiatives.
